Paige Against the Machine

A self exploration story with a parasitic AI

Paige, a shape shifting spirit, browses the Metanet after a long day at work. Each week, the machine advertises new forms and they wonder, “Should  I spend some of my savings on a new form?” Sometimes this brings joy, and other times, nothing. It all depends on how the new form feels compared to the last. Maybe they should ignore the ads and save their money. Guide Paige through these stressful times,

or maximize profits for the machine.
