Legislated

1. The participants of the game shall henceforth be referred to as the PLAYERS.
2. In Legislated, PLAYERS collect components for use in their game.
3. PLAYERS then simultaneously draft rules using these components.
4. PLAYERS review each others' rules, then begin play.
5. The PLAYER who wins with the most rules shall henceforth be referred to as the WINNER.
